Mid-Counties Delivery Service was established in 1967 in Santa Cruz mainly to serve the local business community. Focusing on the same-day courier business, Mid-Counties Delivery Service established itself as the primary courier serving the Santa Cruz and Monterey areas. The Company has since expanded and customized its transportation capabilities for high tech hardware and software manufactures, and has experienced steady growth in revenue, services provided and geographic area serviced. In addition to same-day and next-day deliveries, Mid-Counties Delivery Service now provides distribution management and order tracking services. Today, the Company operates out of facilities in San Jose and Santa Cruz, and delivers shipments all over the world.

Our services include:

	Same-day courier and heavyweight deliveries throughout the SF Bay Area.
	FFO, Next-day air, and 2-3 day air freight shipments anywhere in the world.
	Overnight and 2^nd day economy ground covering the Western US.
	Warehousing, order tracking, and distribution logistics for companies that desire to outsource order management responsibilities.
	International mail distribution or "remail" for use by the marketing departments of our global customers.

Mid-Counties customer base has continued to expand. The Company currently has over 500 blue chip business accounts, many of which use Mid-Counties Delivery Service every day to make shipments throughout Northern California, nationally and internationally. We are one of the largest companies able to handle all sizes of freight on a two hour, time definitive delivery schedule operating on the San Francisco peninsula. Many of Mid-Counties accounts have been customers for ten years or more.
